Deborah Meehan

Executive Director, Leadership Learning Community

Deborah Meehan is founder and executive director of the Leadership Learning Community, a national nonprofit focused on transforming the way leadership development is conceived, conducted and evaluated, with an emphasis on leveraging leadership to promote social justice. In 1991 Meehan received a Kellogg National Leadership fellowship and was a Salzburg Fellow. She returned to Salzburg in 2007 as a member of the Global Youth Leadership faculty. Meehan has produced leadership scans and made program recommendations on behalf of 30 foundations. She serves as a board member for the International Leadership Association and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of Minnesota.
